  1. I ORDERED THE WRONG COLOUR OR SIZE OR DESIGN CAN I CHANGE IT NOW?  

              Yes, you certainly can. Let us know as soon as possible via email at customercare@wholesalevapor.com and we will make sure it is fixed if the order is yet to be shipped. Unfortunately we will not be able to change your order if it has already been shipped.

 

  1. WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LOWER?

              We source and pick quality products from various vendors and manufacturers. Since we arrange to ship your purchases directly from the warehouses it saves lot of cost on storage infrastructure. We pass on this cost-saving to our customers in terms of very reasonable low prices.

 

  1. I MADE A PURCHASE LAST WEEK. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? 

              The Shipment process usually takes 15-40 business days depending upon your location. And you will most likely receive your shipment within that time frame. Please do let us know if you don’t receive your item after 30 days and we will follow through the shipment agent to make sure you receive your consignment.

 

  1. HOW CAN I PAY ON YOUR WEBSITE?

              We accept all major credit and debit cards (including AMEX) and PayPal. Our payment process is fully secured and encrypted. You can shop with total peace of mind.

 

  1. I RECEIVED MY ITEM BUT IT IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY. SHALL I GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?

              You must get a replacement or your money. Please send us an email at customercare@wholesalevapor.com with details and picture of the damage, etc. We will promptly have you ship it back and send the replacement if qualified. Please see your ‘Refund Policy’ for more details.

 

  1. I PICKED THE WRONG SIZE AND I DIDN'T BOTHER CHECKING THE MEASUREMENTS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

  1. I BOUGHT A WHOLE LOT OF ITEMS BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM ALL YET. WHAT DO I DO?

              All your purchases are being shipped in small consignments in order to save costs (heavy shipping costs are really high) and the customs issues. Please rest assured that you will soon be getting all of your merchandise that you ordered.
